I have started this semester with this simple, even naive, idea that one can talk only around nature and not for it, or about it. This idea became a drawing attempt, where white colour was applied only to the background of a wooden panel, while leaving the figures empty. I got curious to see how this painting could develop into a three dimensional object. Since this drawing was first of all related to looking, I transformed it into a tool of observing nature, namely a hyde.I decided to keep this ambiguity of being a drawing and an functional object at the same time. From that and being curious what the suitable space would be for such an object, I went back to drawing, to create a sort of drawing background that plays with the conditions of perception, illustrative representations taken from high school books with a sort of educational character, and (a) possible meaning. My intention was to visualize a situation were nature would be the central point, but at the same time all the way absent and even worse transformed into a wallpaper.Proposal: I would like to show my work (which consists of the object and a quite big projection of the drawing) in St. Sebastiaanskapel (indicated as C in the map),The fact that it is a somehow closed space helps a lot to enhance the wallpaper effect of the drawings, and solves the practical question of placing the beamers in a certain hight. If i should make a second choice that would be the St. Joriskapel, exactly opposite (no 36 in the map) which is almost identical but with difference the absence of a separating wall.
